How do I change my email or password?

You can update your account details at any time from your account page.

1. Open your account page from the link in any Feelties order confirmation email.
2. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Update your email address or set a new password and save.

If you can no longer access the email address on the account, write to hello@melties.health from any address and include your order number so we can verify you.
