How do I pause or change my plan?

You can pause a delivery, change how often it arrives, or switch to a different supply size without cancelling.

1. Open the Manage Your Subscription link in your order confirmation email and log in.
2. Choose Pause to skip the next delivery, or Change plan to switch supply size or delivery frequency.
3. Save your changes — they apply from your next billing date.

Changes made within 24 hours of a renewal may only take effect from the following delivery.
